  • The Rick Moore Group can help you find that home away from home or a new place to plant your roots. Rick Moore is a 3rd generation real estate agent with a construction and development background. He started in the loan business and worked as a loan officer for 3 years before starting in real estate. He has been an agent for thirteen years.




  • Rick started working with first time home buyers. His background as a loan officer helped him assist buyers in calculating their debt to income ratios and establish their ability to buy a home and get a loan. He became an expert in credit counseling, how to manage debt, build wealth, and produce financial independence through the vehicle of real-estate. Since becoming an agent, he has helped hundreds of clients become happy home owners.




  • Rick started a construction development company. This venture has become invaluable with assisting clients who want to take their real-estate investing to a new level of risk and return. He enjoys teaching people how to subdivide, project manage new construction, and recently how to navigate through challenges in buying real-estate directly from banks prior to foreclosure as well as negotiating successful short sale transactions.




  • Rick completed his ABR designation and is currently finishing his Brokers license and CRS designation. He is always looking to learn and grow so he can become a valuable resource for his clients.
